Zion National Park - Watchman Campground Comfort Stations - Loop A & A/B - Springdale, UT

Project included demolition of two existing restrooms with the replacement of two new comfort stations.  The new comfort stations included men's, women's, and family restrooms along with a janitorial room and mechanical room.

Interior finishes included tile floors, wall tile wainscot, sealed and painted CMU and drywall. Recyclable materials were used where applicable.  Exterior finishes consisted of a sand stone veneer, hardie-plank siding, Red Cedar trim, wood windows, and hollow metal doors, with special attention to using all fire retardant materials. Site work consisted of new utility lines including electrical, water, and sewer.  As well, new colored concrete, asphalt paths, and landscaping including boulders and split rail fencing.

All construction was completed while the campground was active while allowing NPS access for official business.  This work was performed with the upmost attention given to safety and minimal disruption to the camping public.
